To keep our availability up to date, we now require 24 hours notice to cancel or make changes to your appointment.
If canceling more than 24 hours prior, you can use the link in your confirmation email to manage your appointment.
Cancellations after 5pm the day prior OR same day cancellations will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
Late arrivals: If you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting us, we will consider it a same day cancellation.

All of our therapists are licensed professionals. We welcome and truly appreciate feedback and requests for any adjustments during your session.
We reserve the right to end a session at any time-even before it starts.
For example, this could happen if your therapist learns of a contraindication to massage therapy during your verbal consultation that was NOT included on your intake form. Your safety is our priority.
We extend our clients the same rights if you feel it is not a good fit at any point during a session. We can pro-rate the session and charge for time spent.
However, no refunds will be given.
